This is your official invitation to apply to the Winter 2024 Class of The BOW Collective. We thank you for your interest and you are receiving this email because you either: completed a member interest form; attended a BOW informational, and/or were referred by a current active BOW member.

About The BOW Collective

The BOW Collective is a business development sisterhood of the Nation's top Black Women Owners. We build and scale our businesses, together. The Ladies of the BOW Collective focus on sharing resources and relationships and on the 3Cs of business growth: Capital, Communications, and Contracts/Clients.

By 2025, we will have grown to more than 500 BOW members; 750 Sister Business Owners and 100+ StartHER ScaleHER members around the world. The organization has been featured in media outlets such as Black Enterprise, Enterprising Women, and the Washington Business Journal for its innovative and collaborative effort.

The Application Process

Step 1 : Informational Sessions

You are invited to attend a virtual Membership Informational session to learn more about our organization, meet some of our leaders, and understand membership requirements/responsibilities.

Informational Sessions:

5:30 pm – 6 pm CST / 6:30 pm – 7 pm EST

• Session 1: July 17, 2023

• Session 2: August 21, 2023

• Session 3: September 8, 2023

Step 2 : Application

Application Timeline: Your official application package IS DUE SEPTEMBER 15, 2023!

NO EXCEPTIONS OR EXTENSIONS will be permitted.

Application Packet Instructions:

1. Pay your non-refundable application Processing Fee of $300: Application Fee

2. Complete your application: TBC Membership Application

3. Submit your required documents: This Secure Link

• Be sure to label all documents. (last name, first name, and document name)

• 2022/2023 Profit and Loss Statement (evaluation of the company's TOTAL INCOME)

• Description of Business (i.e., Capability Statement, Website description, Marketing Deck)

• Statement of Why the BOW Collective and attesting that you meet membership requirements.

• Headshot photo

Step 3 : Membership Interviews

Once your membership packet has been verified; you will be invited to complete your panel interviews by September 22, 2023.

Membership Timeline:

Applications Accepted: July 11 – September 15, 2023

Interviews: October 2 -20, 2023

Selection: November 1-17, 2023

Orientation: December 8,2023

Induction: February 4-7, 2024
